Refund policy

 

The Après Allstars accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online for a full refund within 30 days of original purchase.  Please note, all accessories (hats, scarves, jewelry, slippers) and sale products are final sale and may not be returned.

When using our prepaid label, $10 will be deducted from your refund.  Returns must be received and processed within 30 days to receive a refund to the original form of payment. Please allow up to two weeks from the date you mail your item(s) back for your return to be processed.  You will receive an email confirmation when complete. 

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
